Now that you've made the claim, post the video of you benching 500.

Well I don't doubt you.A guy would have to be pretty insecure to come on a forum and lie to a bunch of total strangers about how much weight he can lift.

If you didn't capture it on video just say so. It doesn't matter to me if you post or not.

    No worries, I believe you.

Suzanne "Sioux-z" Hartwig-Gary has been a dominant force in the 52 kg weight class in the USAPL for more than 25 years, with 23 (?) national titles to her name, plus (I believe) 5 IPF world titles and I can't count how many state/national/world records. She's arguably one of the most technically perfect powerlifters in the world, in the powerlifting hall of fame, and currently the head coach for the USAPL raw national team.

I can overhead press 95 lb.

My heaviest deadlift is 237 lb but it looked like a pooping dog. Best with solid form is 232 lb.

My squat is my weakest due to arthritis in my low back and left hip and breaking parallel is just not fun. My best legit-depth triple done just a few weeks ago is 175 lb.

    Or a troll.

cook, Mac, you're both better men than me. I am a cynic wrt any claims made on a forum by an anonymous member.

    Welcome aboard and all, but...

A 500lbs bench is a 500lbs bench. Holding a quarter of a ton above your chest, sinking it down to your chest and shoving it off of yourself is fucking laudable.. I don't care how much you weigh.
