Vegan Diet
Anyone have any experience following vegan diet with their training? Results?

Definitely none here-I did do a brief stint with a vegetarian diet where I still had dairy and eggs-I've always steered away from vegan b/c of how soy heavy most items are

Not sure why veganism is all the rage right now. Veganisms are like Jehovah's Witness's. A pushy cult. We absolutely need animal products in our diet for optimal health. Not a lot but some indeed.

I also following vegan diet more than 18 months for my weight loss. Yeah, It is a good option for weight loss. Right now I am not following vegan diet. But I say, It is good for your body health.
