Defying Age Joe Leahy Trains Chest In The Off-Season

Joe takes us through his chest workout and talks about his experiences with bodybuilding throughout his competitions. He's looking lean considering his next show won't be till Masters Nationals in July. I met Joe Leahy in 2009 when I first started doing fitness photography he was my second ever photo shoot thank god, because I was nervous as hell and he was very down to earth and humble.
