As far as natural test boosters go, I have taken APE off and on for the past few years. It is the only one that works. It really keep estrogen in check and helps with strength. The only problem is, it messes up my sleep terribly. Does anyone else have experience with this product?

----Introduction----
I took this along with it's PM counterpart-- Darknight. Overall, the results were good and I liked the effects, but it took a long time to have an effect and some days I was really tired in the gym.


----Ingredient Profile----
The main ingredient is glycine propionyl-L-carnitine hcl (GlycoCarn), which is supposed to increase testosterone and reduce instances of ED. The second ingredient is fenugreek, also used for increasing testosterone. It claims to be anti-estrogen, but because my libido dropped for a window of time, I don't think that's effective.


----Taste/Mixability/Dosing----
2 Capsules, 5x per week. Pretty straight forward, but towards the end I started to go 6x per week. I don't like having to not take it on certain days.


----Effectiveness----
Like a lot of other reviews I've read on this product, I noticed it took a while for things to kick in. In fact, I actually felt more sluggish for the first 2-weeks or so, along with a decrease in libido those weeks. However, I also noticed the cutting effects almost immediately and after those first 2 weeks the sluggishness subsided and my normal libido returned. There is a third NTB in AE's stack to boost libido specifically. I might try that next time in combo if I decide to run it again.

I seemed to wake up in the morning looking and feeling slimmer. In the gym I noticed that I was able to increase my intensity and focus, recover faster between sets, and overall felt stronger. However, there were also some days that I struggled just to get through a warm up.

I sweat a ton while taking this. After running a mile and doing my first lift (usually something complex), I had sweat dripping. Might be annoying to some, but I love it.

This also seemed to improve my focus at the gym most days. Though as I mentioned, not always.

Increased vascularity became apparent after 3 weeks.

----Value----
On Amazon this was just under $44 for a 2-month supply. Not bad at all.

----Side Effects----
I was taking this in collaboration with Darknight, so I'm combing most of the side effects. The darknight ran out earlier than this though, and after that happened I did get a few pimples in weird places, but nothing ghastly. I'm not sure if that was held off by something in darknight, or whether it had more to do with timing and me having more testosterone at the end of the cycle.
Other than that:
- heavy sweating
- delayed onset of results
- drop in libido at the beginning
- dehydration
- headaches for the first few days (resolved after increasing water intake)

----Conclusion----
Overall I think this product was good, but because of how long it took to kick in, the ups and downs in its day-to-day effectiveness, and the fact that there seem to be better products than fenugreek-based NTBs available at a similar price, I think it's unlikely I'd add this to the stack again. I can get similar results elsewhere and having days where my motivation to lift is low, or where my libido is in decline is just not something I'm OK with. That aside, I think it's worth a shot because of how subtly it seemed to deliver the end results. See my before and after pictures below.

Thanks, Curt. I did also lose libido as well. Which sucks because I love how I look on it. I just could not deal with horrible sleep and low libido. It did work though.
