Womens Ostarine/ECA/Clen Log
Hey guys,
I wanted to start a log of my progress. I am taking 12.5mg Ostarine daily, an ECA stack and 20mcg clen.
I have been on ostarine for about 3 weeks and I have seen such solid gains, my strength has also become insane. I have been on clen for 5 days, and I started ECA stack today. (This is not my first time taking clen or ostarine)
I am prepping before my "prep", not sure if I'll compete this year yet. My macros are at 121P/179C/24F. I am 5'4 and I started at 145... which was the heaviest I have ever been. It's been 4 days in prep and I'm already down to 140, haven't even done cardio yet. Excited for more progress and I'll keep you guys updated! Please post any advice if you have it!

I had a few beers last night and some drunk pizza . I didn't eat my last two meals yesterday which was 6oz chicken, 1 cup rice, and 200g sweet potato. Back to grind today even though its my day off. ECA has me feeling a little jittery and I had such a hard time sleeping last night. Woke up at 141.2

Feeling so strong in the gym. A week ago i was doing 225 hip thrusts, 2 sets of 6 at an RPE 9 and this today I hit 285, 3x8 RPE of 7. I'm seeing my muscles become more defined day by day from the Osta. I haven't taken Clen in two days because the sides are getting to me even though I'm at 20mcg. I have major cramping and shakes even with K and Taurine supplements.
question... I got T3 sent to me in the mail. I'm thinking of dropping Clen completely and taking ECA stack twice a day (12.5 epi in the morning, again in afternoon), staying on 12.5mg osta and adding 50mcg of T3. Nervous because it's catabolic and can cause thyroid damage. Thoughts??

I hit chest early this morning after an amazing 9 hours of sleep. Started my day with 50mcg T3 (took this yesterday too), ECA stack (12.5mg E). For caffeine I drink a few cups of coffee a day. I took ECA again around noon. Had to take 20mg of adderal to study today. I will weigh in on friday and take progress pictures. I feel my muscle comp changing drastically. Loving the combo I'm on right now I feel so energized, no crashing and appetite is extremely suppressed!

I have been sleeping amazingly since I have started ECA which is kind of weird. I don't feel any sides with 50mcg T3. Strength is still drastically increasing everyday. Scale isn't really budging but I notice a major change in body comp. I will weigh in tomorrow. Hitting legs today and mayyyyybe some cardio

Took T3 and ECA this morning. Had pre workout meal, hit shoulders, then 3oz chicken and 1 cup white rice. I have 3 meals left but I took adderal today so I didn't have an appetite. Didn't take 2nd dose of ECA because of addy. Ill try and get another meal in before bed with a lot of protein. I am cheating tomorrow with a burger, so low carbs today is fine. I didn't weigh in I will do that tomorrow morning.

Weighed in yesterday at 138.3! Down 6.7 pounds in 7 days. I've only done cardio like twice for about 10 minutes. I drank Friday and Saturday, had a few bites of pizza and missed a few meals this week. Still not sure if I'm going to compete so I'm allowing myself to live a little. Strength is still going up and up in the gym, energy and mood is great. Really liking ECA stack instead of clen!

Haven't really been following my meal plan because I haven't really had an apetite lately so I'm still in a major calorie deficit. Still working out everyday, workouts are really good, weight is going up drastically in every exercise. 3 weeks ago I was doing 95# for deficit RDL. The week after I was doing 135#, this week I was repping 155# with a band around my hips for more glute activation.
On monday I increased Ostarine to 25mg and I will stay there for another 3-4 weeks to finish out my cycle. Still no sides, and no sides from T3 either.

I feel very strong on osta, feeling very lethargic on T3, and ECA is still good. I think I need 3 doses of that but I think thats over kill. I have a cough lately so I feel nervous taking cough meds on top of all this so I sometimes don't take T3 or my ECA when I take those meds.

Decided I am not going to prep but instead take the year off to prep myself for figure next season. I have been eating off my meal plan loosely, drinking on weekends (college student ) and enjoying myself. I take T3 every morning and I'm still cruising 25mg ostarine. My weight is steady at high 130's. I took my BF and it is down to 18-19% which it was probably 22 when i started. I have put on about 10lbs of lean mass, which is INSANE. My legs are getting bigger, same with my booty (yay) and my arms are so defined. I feel strong AF.
