Hello Dave, I am a 26 years old bodybuilder and now I am studying for medical school. I am doing your detox diet for 2 months right now (including 2-3 cheat meals a week). I can only go to the gym 3 times a week now. What is your suggestion about muscular group training division in a ABC training ? How many sets should I do for each body part in this type of training ? My goal right now is maintain my health while studying, I am not focusing in muscle building and cutting fat.

Hey Dave, thanks for always putting on this great show. My question is about T3. I was wondering whats the best way to run it and is it ok to add it in at week 10 during contest prep. I read somewhere saying you add it in at week 14. Right now im on clen and considering adding it in. I've heard it really flattens you out however and can make you lose muscle easier as well. Also, do you taper off of it after contest is over? Thank you !

Hey Dave, I'm 8 weeks out, making a comeback after not competing for 10 years. Been doing basically no carbs except for a re-load once a week. My workouts are starting to suffer as far as energy and strength. It could be lack of sleep as I have a hard time staying asleep very long and do hour of cardio at 4 AM every morning. Im 48 y/o, 240lbs, approx. 6-7% bf, I need to lose about 8 lbs of fat to be contest ready and ripped. I'm only running Deca and Enanthate but will be switching to prop. Tren ace,Winny, and Var soon...I also have Clen and T3. Should I start those now? You think I should do my reload maybe every 4-5 days instead of every 7? I usually only do about 200 gms carbs at evening meal and it gets my metabolism going pretty good.

Hi Dave! My question: is it true that pork meat has smaller amount of leucine than chicken, fish, eggs etc.? and would you recommend to eat it in offseason (on a budget) diet? tnx!

Following up on your Rant the other day about supplement companies sponsoring athletes (or lack there of), do you think there is still any value these days in having the athletes talk about the products of the companies they endorse? It seems that athletes these days are only used for their image to bring "brand" awareness, as supposed to "product" awareness, unlike you who focuses more on product awareness.
Also, when you were a Met-rx athlete, did you speak as much about their products as you do with Species?

I hate this show so much I would rather have Stevie B. paint striations on my glutes while advising me on workout intensity, saying "Just squeeze it like I do". Seriously I thank you. I am 54 on keto good workout guy but fell out of diet form. Keto is working after a clean up gave me mixed results. I test with keto sticks and wonder if there is an optimal zone from trace to heavy to be in? Is heavier the better? Also I seem to dip out right after a workout. Thanks for your help and entertainment I have my life back-whycutback

Hey Dave,
In a past episode, you mentioned that you prefer HGH to be injected intramuscularly. Any reason why u prefer IM over subQ? Also, which infection site do u prefer for HGH?

Hi dave,
Can i use low dose of insulin all year round with Growth hormon
to prevent insulin resistance from the growth hormon.
Or do i need to take a break from one of one another ?

Hi Dave,
Love your content and your infinite wisdom.
I ended my 6-month long cycle 2 months ago and used 250 hcg 2x a week.
I used mainly test and tren during the latter of the cycle. My PCT however didn't kickstart my testes as they are still atrophied, also morning erections are pretty much non-existant.
I have tried high-dose HCG but nothing seems to happen. Would a lower dose of HCG have a better effect to prevent the Leydig Cells from desensitizing or what's your take on the situation?
