hate the show! Do vacuums actually decrease waist size? Rich Piana's has a new program and says that vacuums are crucial. Dave what are your thoughts??

Hi dave,
my fasting glucose levels are around 123mg/dl (this happens only in periods when i am using GH 4/5iu a day)
if i am using a long acting insulin like tresiba before bed to keep my fasting glucose in check
will the insulin interfere my fat burning when i am doing fasted morning cardio ?

Hey dave,
I have been doing your ketogenic diet for about 2 weeks and I've already seen some awesome results. My question is, can I put on lean muscle while in ketosis? Obviously if I'm at a caloric surplus, in theory I would be able to put on muscle but I've read conflicting research saying you can't build muscle unless you have carbs in your diet. I've been training for about 6 years so newb gains are definitely out of the question.

Hello Dave, love your show!
What is the dose of T4 that really convert in T3 in my body (I saw a research that the coversion was 4:1)? For example, i want to have 25 mcg of t3 in my body, do I need to take 100mcg of t4 ?
2º Question: What are the minimum doses of test or stanozolol (pre-contest) can i can and not having hair loss problems (and yes i do take finasterid and use ketoconazole shampoo)

Can you ask Dave where he ranks the importance of vitamin k and coq10 .It looks like all multi vitamins have very little if any.

4 weeks out NC State show. I have been doing mock carb-ups to see how my body does. I got a pretty good idea what I need to do to look my best... but my big problem is lower abdominal distension even when flat, (empty), side tricep makes me look pregnant. I'm not sure if its gas or fluid or what???? Got veins in abs but gets very disteneded even with small amount of food. I've tried pounding the fiber, gas X, different foods. I have not dried out using any diuretics, but am very dry in morning but still bloated.....
Side note, first over-all win I had was Palmetto Cup in Florence SC, you were the guest poser and Cedric McMillen was a first time novice competitor...lol

Hi Dave and Sid! i hate this show more than shawn ray loves to kidnap people from interviews. My question is: Dave what would be your ideal 16 or 20 week contest prep cycle if you were on a budget and how would you run it? And is it true that using l-arginine 3-5 gr before bed or during the night has different effect on natural GH production than using it during the day? - phd. biochemist told me that . Love the show!

Hi Dave / Sid ,
Sorry to say , I love the show . Look forward to each weeks new episode . I'm 60 yrs old , on TRT , 200 mgs. Test Cyp per week , I'm trying to cut my body fat . I train 5 days per week with weights and also do cardio 40 minutes everyday . I'm eating about 250 mgs protein , 50 carbs and 50 fats daily . My lifts get stronger each week but for some reason I'm stuck . The weight isn't coming off as much as I'd like .im currently 212 lbs . Would like to get down to 195 / 200 lbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated . Thanks guys and keep up the great work you do . All the best !!!!

Dave I hate this show more than Shawn Ray hated waiting in line in Kindergarten. On Keto some say Whey takes you out of ketosis for a time, any truth to this? and what do you think of egg white protein?

Hey Dave , i'm 45y old , bodybuilding for over 30years and cycling for over 25years.
Never had issues with bloodwork or anything else accept heavy acne.
5 weeks ago started for the first time with tren ace 300mg/week , this along with 800mg test e + 4iu HGH.
Did arimidex 3x 0.5mg/week and 2x 0.25mg caber.
After 2 weeks i began feeling kinda sick , no appetite and very tired and stomach not feeling normal.
Last week did bloodwork , everything was fine , estrogen still a little high at 64ng/l and prolactine also high at 24µg/l.
But the worst was my cholesterol levels :
total cholesterol is 226
HDL is 6 ! ! !
LDL is 181
Ratio is 37
I never had bad cholestorol in my whole life.
Now i hear that trenbolone ace can do this...
Also arimidex can cause bad cholesterol.
I'm taking 3000 omega 3 , 2600 primrose oil , multivitamins and a diet of 3500kcal , high protein , moderate carbs and moderate fats.
what to do now ?
that HDL of 6 is soo bad...

Gruskin Whycutback Keto Bodyfat/Bodyanalysis
Dave I hate this show more than Peter mcGeogh hates a cash bar at a wedding.
On a Keto Diet slight stall in weight loss, bumping up cardio. Started Getting bf analysis using an inbody machine. Is there an acceptable loss of muscle mass in keto dieting in relation to BF loss. Also I notice midweek from my cheat meal that the bodyparts I hit the hardest are kind of achy Not sore, I am 54 y.o. male on doctor prescribed HRT only.
