    Dave I hate this show so much I would rather have Stevie B give me tourniquet training around the neck. On Keto I have noticed that I recently went deeper into keto three hours after a cheat meal (burger and fries). I am on a long haul to good shape 23 percent bodyfat at 280 (down from 300) and 30 years since my last show, 54 years of age on doctor prescribed HRT of 325 test every other week. Should I try a small post workout carb up mid week. Also do you know anyone who succeeded with bodyopus style dieting? Thanks to you and your friends I feel less lost now on my journey.

    Hi Dave, I've noticed that my son is gaining some chub and I'm concerned about his condition. His exercise is generally running around the house but I'm not sure it's sufficient. I've currently got him on 400mg of DNP taken before bedtime but I have to change his sheets in the night due to the sweating. Do you think I should up the dose or have him do more cardio? He's 5 by the way. Thanks love the show.

    Hi Dave....in your experience is there any time that is better than others in a 24 hour period to focus on doing anabolics?

    ie. Is it better to inject anabolics in the morning, mid day or evening

    I hate this show so much I would rather be Stevie B's accounts payable flunky. Doing Keto and feel a little bit of momentum in the fat loss, but feeling a little flat, went to a Dan Duchaine seminar at the height of his popularity. He stated that Vanadyl sulfate might not work for everyone but mimicked insulin in terms of loading muscle but lacked a pathway for storing fat. If this is so would a small amount of carb (about 15g) with post workout whey be of any benefit.

    Hey, a question for Dave. And by the way, I hate the fact that Dave has cut back on HMR segments, but here we go anyway:

    You always suggest to train bodyparts no more than once a week. How about natural bodybuilders and protein synthesis? Since if you're on PED's your protein synthesis stays elevated WAY LONGER and therefore training a bodypart like once a week is justifiable. But, if you're not on PED's, the protein synthesis stays elevated only like maximum of 36hrs, so in this case it would be beneficial to train the muscle more often. Not to the death, obviously, but like Lee Haney said, stimulate do not annihilate.

    Dave I hate this show more than Stevie B hates my smooth glutes. I am on Keto and sometimes smell ammonia on my sweat and even my tears, am I consuming too much protein?

    Dave, I've been standing outside in the Greenland winter to shiver off brown fat and been consuming Arachidonic Acid every 30 minutes and this hasn't produced striated glutes so I have a creatine question.

    I've read different things about dosing recently, specifically that creatine monohydrate dosing should be weight dependent. I've heard you recommend the standard 5g before and 5g after training. Do you still recommend this?

    I HATE THIS SHOW more than watching quest bar cookie recipe at the beginning of your videos in contest prep during fasted cardio!!! I suffer from tren acetate anxiety pretty badly.... I m 6,5w out from my show and been using it for 3 weeks ... can i replace it? and what would be the best substitution ... i am already on test and winstrol. thx
