I rather do rather do another gyno surgery then watching this crappy show.
Im 23 y/o and did a 3 natural bb competitions. Can overtraining and dieting for about 2 years give you permanent hypogonaism? Even if your testicles have normal size? Currently at 144ng/dl

Hi Dave and Sid! i hate this show more than shawn ray loves to kidnap people from interviews. My question is: Dave what would be your ideal 16 or 20 week contest prep cycle if you were on a budget and how would you run it? And is it true that using l-arginine 3-5 gr before bed or during the night has different effect on natural GH production than using it during the day? - phd. biochemist told me that . Love the show!

Hey Dave, HATE THE SHOW! During heavy muscle radio you made a comment about how many pros there are now to have so many pro shows. Back in your day they gave out less pro cards. If you were competing now, do you think you would get a pro card?

Dave, I would rather hear Steve Bleckman RAP on the near demise of MD using the hook line from Grand Master Flash and the Furious Five's masterpiece "The Message" than to watch this show (and shame on all of you if you don't know what that is).
I see many older people switching to meatless diets as they get older, but this always seemed counter intuitive to me.... You would think older people, particularly seniors would need more protein in their diet, not less as one tends to lose muscle mass after 40... I'm not saying insane amounts of protein, but a healthy amount nonetheless.
Why do you think this is? And what would be your protein recommendations for older people over age 50.

Dave I hate this show more than Shawn Ray hates todays athletes.
Question is there a wide variety of decompensation from workouts? I seem to get my get my best from twice a week but realize it may be too much, is there a time when you should just follow your gut instinct?

Sermorelin and Bodybuilding
DAVE:
Do you believe Sermorelin is worth using for bodybuilders? My TRT doctor recommends it and I have not found enough research to support a decison either way.

Hey Dave, It may be too late by time I get an answer, but...What is the best way to "fix" being flat the morning of the show without swelling up your gut? Add sodium? lil water? Thanks and I love what you do for this crazy sport we love!!
