Hey Dave, I've been dieting now for 4 months. Last 3 weeks I switched to keto and loved it and helped me lose that last bit of fat I wanted. I plan to be off my diet in a couple days finally and going on vacation for a week. What do you recommended be the best way to avoid rebounding too bad off of keto? And getting back to a normal diet ? I know I will be having a lot of cheat meals as we will be eating out a lot. Thanks !

Hi Dave! My question is..when you create diet for your athlete do you have low and high carb days or you just take x amount od carbs and slowly taper them down as he or she, progress?

Doctors love to prescribe drugs. I would like to aid my father with accurate information since he has been diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver. What do you recommend for cleansing, and if possible reversing liver damage?
