Been saying the same about Dallas for years. No Back = No Mr O

I know the bodybuilding media likes a blond haired blue eyed boy but to me Dallas epitomises the mega doses - no detail bodybuilder. Blown up on loads of growth and insulin.

He seems like a decent kid but I'm not a fan of his look.

We're talking about a guy whose drug stack scared off Bostin Loyd. Too much drugs, too much food, not enough patience and quality training. He'd probably get better results drastically reducing his stack and going to train with Dorian to learn how to train properly, none of this ego-lifting powerlifting garbage.

I really like Dallas and I respect him a lot but I saw his 3 weeks out video and he looks pretty bad. Midsection is out of control and back is almost non-existent. Jim Manion was there and he didn't look impressed which says a lot. He needs to tighten it up but I don't expect him to place well at the Arnold

Agreed.

And if you competed against backs like Haney, Yates, and Coleman then saying it's just one body part is a good strategy. Not sure anyone's buying it, though. Certainly not the judges if history is any indicator.

DALLAS' front, sides and overall structure is so impressive that his back sticks out as being "behind" the rest of his physique development. Does that mean he has a bad back? No. It's just not a great bodypart. He has the width; but lacks the density and thickness. Will he ever be able to bring up his back? I say HELL YEAH! Look what he's done with the rest of his physique so far. Will he conquer the world THIS YEAR? Probably not.

Building a thick and detailed back seems to be difficult for many bodybuilders. I've heard that it can be tough to really focus in on the mind-muscle connection with bodyparts that you cant visually see while lifting. Remember when Heath had a weak back and i think he brought it up in 2 years time and Heath has no where near the width that Dallas has. He just needs some time and some focus. Get him teamed up with Kai instead of Flex. Follow the back that you desire sir.
