I predict he will be a lot thicker and more complete in VANCOUVER. He's smart taking his time on this return to the stage. I still don't feel his legs will be a dominant bodypart (like it once was) but I have a good inkling that his upper body will be very impressive. Will he qualify for the Mr Olympia? Unlikely, unless there's a very weak lineup.

Ben Pakulski, Brandon Curry, Fred Smalls, Johnnie Jackson and Maxx Charles were 1-5 at the Vancouver Pro last year, and Fouad Abiad and John Delarosa were 1-2 the year before, followed by a steep drop-off. If Levrone manages to stay healthy and train his entire body up to July and guys like Brandon Curry don't show up, I can't see why he wouldn't be able to be competitive.

I hope Levrone does well. Albert beckles competed at the top in his 50s, and maybe levrone will be reminiscent of beckles, placing high. His comeback is inspirational and though I don't follow his blog or whatever I get the impression he respects his fans and his comeback isn't all about him.
What I do not understand is people slamming the guy. Don't know about here but on MD some people really knock levrone. for what I don't know. misdirected animosity or something.Last edited by victorian guy; 02-25-2017 at 03:04 PM.

Kevin will have to bring up his legs and his BACK. Everyone is forgetting about his back. It was probably the worst at last years Mr. Olympia next to Pakulski.

I'm not slamming Levrone, but he's not Beckles. Albert Beckles competed nearly non-stop from 1965 to 1992 and that's only counting the years noted @ http://www.musclememory.com/show.php?a=Beckles,+Albert
Did he compete in the mid to late fifties as a teen or 20something? O.o
Wishing Levrone all the best, of course.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!
