This aint no Derek Anthony beef by any means Vince is just like my retarded lil brother I never had
As for the diet and training its going up a notch Sunday is week 7
Cardio goes from 45 to 60 on training days and 75 from 60 on off days
Vince aint got a chance in hell heaven nor earth for summer slam 2017!!!

So today marks begining of week 7 and Vince backsdown for like 12th time in 2 weeks
Yes I know Vince I agreed to all your rules yet you are still saying I refuse to follow your rules
Cardio is up from 45 to 60 on training days and from 60 to 75 mins non training days

Today marks my first 75 min cardio session not looking forward to it by any means but to lose the fat you gotta pull it off slowly.....
Training remains solid still I get in about 6 to 7 sets per exercise and about 4 to 5 exercise per body part.
Typical Chest day tomorrow will be
Incline barbell
2 warm up sets
4 working sets
Flat Barbell
1 warm up set
4 working sets
Machine Flys
6 total sets
Incline dumbell flys
1 warm up set
3 working sets
Incline smith machine
6 sets (3 sets on 1 incline setting 3 sets moving setting up a notch to hit upper pecs)
finish up with 60 mins cardio on treadmill

So last night was 75 mins cardio and this morning I wake up 6 lbs fucking heavier after my zero carb day.....not really sure what threw me outta whack since my diet was on point and I was killing it at cardio....
Today is high carb day so curious what tomorrow will bring
