I am not looking to ever get on stage and being transparent here I honestly use what I know I wont fail or fall short on due to schedule and other requirements on my time....my diet is easy to follow and might not be all the best sources but they are far from the worst sources.
I do not have time nor patience to cook a crap ton of meals and store for days in fridge I make all my meals in under 5 mins and fresh. I have no love for the TRUE bodybuilding diet where you eat nasty ass dry chicken or fish there is more to life for me but I am still getting leaner and staying strong on the diet I am using currently

I work for the FED Gov in IT. I work a 9 to 5 in theory but sadly thats never the truth I am working 24/7 with my work cell phone on my hip even while doing Cardio or in the middle of a set I find myself at times pulling out my air card and laptop.......My last annoying occurrence was having to sit in waiting area at outback going out with friends and remoting in to a server that was alerting and then continue into dinner with Laptop at the table....
My career always provided for me bodybuilding was just a hobby and something to do other than hitting up a bar or club it was far more rewarding to me....
