Real bodybuilders??? Billy, you did one show in which you threw up just to make a weight class to beat a morbidly out of shape goomba. I have completed in multiple shows. If you're 6'4 and in the middleweight division, then you are NOT A BODYBUILDER!!! Your diet is full of grease and fat and you are heavily dependent on pre-workouts and stimulants. That's going to cause you some heart issues down the line if you keep it up and in fact, it actually will cause you to seriously rebound in weight once you are off them

Start a training journal. Lots of people here to help you attain your goal.

I used 2 1/2 plates to increase my bench, a little at a time. Did a lot of Power rack training which significantly boosted my bench.

Soon you'll be able to boast in every thread you're benching 575!
