Due to numerous request, I've decided to post my current training and diet plan. Training routine will change
Week 1 - 3
30 Minutes Cardio On Elliptical Every Morning on empty stomach except supplements. See below
Monday - Lower Body
Tuesday - Upper Body
Thursday- Lower Body
Friday - Upper Body
Meal Plan -
No Carb Day
Meal 1- 3 Whole Eggs, Spinach, Aztek Coffee (Columbian Or Kenyan Coffee Mixed With Cayenne Pepper & Cinnamon)
Meal 2 - Handful Of Almonds & Bottled Water
Meal 3 - 8oz Turkey, Chicken, Or Shrimp. Spinach Or Broccoli
Meal 4 - Same As Meal 2
Meal 5 - 8 oz Flank Steak Tips, Sea Bass, Or Salmon, Broccoli
Meal 6 - 6 egg whites
Low Carb Day - Same As Above except 1 cup of oatmeal at meal 1 & 1 cup of brown rice at meal 5
No High Carb Days At This Time.
Supplements:
Morning - One scoop Of Advocare Spark & Multivitamin Before Cardio
Pre Workout - One Advocare Spark Packet & One Scoop Of Advocare Mass Impact mixed in bottled water
Before Bedtime: 4 Advocare Nighttime Recovery Tablets
Prescription: One 12.5mg Hydroclorithorizide capsule per day for blood pressureAnabolic Mayhem

We are now in week 3 so I have started on phase 2 of training.
Monday - Chest & Triceps
Tuesday - Upper Back & Biceps
Wednesday - Cardio & Abs Only
Thursday - Shoulders & Lower Back
Friday - Legs
In addition, 30 minutes of cardio are done after workout with the exception of Friday for obvious reasons.Anabolic Mayhem

I've not updated this in a while but I'm now at 244 pounds and dropping very rapidly. Next month, I'll start my morning and even weight training however I'll be adjusting my caloric intake slightly and stay in a ketogenic state for no more than 4 days to compensate. The body is firming up and the waist is disappearing but most telling is my face which has shrinked dramatically. People at work think I'm sick....lol.
In addition I am now taking these supplements
Liquid Health Raspberry Ketone Fat Burner
100mg 7 Keto DHEA twice a day
