That's how Hoffman's was, too. You needed a screwdriver to pry the lid off like a paint can. lol

And we walked backwards through three-foot drifts of snow to get to the gym, too.

Didn't they also do Protein from the Sea? Apparently you'd eat it and have an oily shit later on

How is whey or casein protein good for anyone, in anyway? Consumption of any dairy products, by anything other than the offspring it is intended for, is unhealthy for humans and carries health risks.

For SOME. Using that same analogy we should only be eating other humans or only eating raw food.

I've seen it a ton of times. It's to do with mucus, spots on the skin and so on. In other words an extreme reaction to lactose. Another main gist is milk from cows is for calves. Again, using that analogy, we ought to drink breast milk. But even that is gets thrown out with 'breast milk is for babies' and so on.
While it's true that most adults are not very good with lactose (it's worse in the dark races) a small amount is fine. That whey protein etc have far, far less than a glass of whole milk is, of course, conveniently ignored. Finally, unlike myself, most whey etc protein use is limited to a shake a day. The percentage of athletes drinking high levels isn't that great (supplement companies wish it was higher).
You also get the same groups prattling on about denaturing too. So, as steak comes raw, we ought not too cook it. Same with milk instead of whey and so on. That food also has fads like fashion makes a joke of the ideas. Examples are raw milk, not pasteurized. Goat milk not cow and the recent one. Camel not goat.
Give me strength...06, 08, 09 and now 2010 British (4x) and 2008/2010 European Grip Champion (2x)
