David Henry=zero cardio
David just said it himself on a live feed, "I don't do cardio, I did zero cardio getting ready for this show" which begs the question do today's pros do way too much cardio?

It's because David does fortitude training which in and of itself can be cardio. It's a phenomenal training program by Dr Scott Stevenson

Because he's smarter than most bodybuilders. Intensity and good form builds muscle and improves cardio conditioning, not hours of treadmill crawling. Same thing Arthur Jones knew decades ago.

He needs more legs... doing cardio would not help him with that

Cardio is a tool. It it used to help modify your training and diet. If your training and diet are in check cardio should be minimal or not necessary at all.
Now there are benefits of doing LISS and HIIT Cardio on heart health, metabolism, nutrient partitioning etc...
But there are all pieces to the puzzle that work for some people and not for others.
Some people need to do cardio because of their metabolism or how bad they have to suffer to get in shape.
There is no one size fits all for everyone.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

He has a gifted metabolism. And that's it. Cardio is an entirely subjective, individual-to-individual necessity. Some more, some less. Don't make it out to be more then it is.
