What does Juan need to place first?
I was rooting for big Juan. Def brought a good package to the stage. What does he need to be number:

He needs a coach to help him nail it better.

He won't get to be number 1. If his legs won't grow on the calories and drugs he's on then it's a genetic limitation he will never get past. If he's smart he will find another avenue to make money rather than relying on bodybuilding.

I think he should try eating clean for a little while try and detox his body of all that McDonald's.

Better conditoning, more detail EVERYWHERE, more balance in his physique - some bodyparts are way too strong and overpower others. And of course his legs are way smaller than his upper-body.
Here's his back double... big back but too much traps and erectors and everything else on his back is a mess. If you look at his training you'll see why. There's very little technique in his training. He trains really hard with crazy volume but with poor technique. The only guy who has crazy detail and insane back (even tho traps and erectors are also too strong) is Johnnie Jackson

Agreed his training style is borderline branch i.e lots of swinging, weight too heavy to control etc. Partner him with rambod or meadows to get the training down and put him with Chris THE TECH Aceto to get his diet on point.

That long torso means his legs will never appear to match his upper body. Same problem Clarence DeVis has.

from my observations with Juan, he needs to concentrate on his legs....take a page out of Max Charles' book. Juan kills his upper body and does the same damn exercises for legs...thought he would figure shit out by now... i think its pretty damn simple, if your top heavy and you continue to go hard on your upper torso your leg will always lag behind. for me Juan was the biggest disappointment at last weekends Arnold classic. i actually had Fouad placing before him.

People also see that when Juan hits his poses for videos he's always wearing pants and poses just his upper-body. People who do it this way usually dont focus on their legs enough time... it's crazy that we see this from pro bodybuilder

Juan also needs to learn how to hit his front poses....that duck stance he always ends up in does nothing for his FDB or his FLS

Just playing devil's advocate here ...
Criticizing Juan's technique and comparing it to Branch? Branch has won the Arnold and finished 2nd at the Olympia.
Telling Juan to take a page out of Maxx Charle's book? Why, because Maxx Charles has won the NY Pro over Victor Martinez?
Come on guys.- BODYBUILDING -
