They moved into a new location a few months back. I haven't seen it but am guessing it's a much smaller place than the previous one that I worked at when employed by my old pal Blechy. Word on the street is that they not only owe money to their employees/independent contracted freelancers, but the landlord at the old building, as well. That's from a reliable source. The bodybuilding community is in shambles because everything has to be an unfriendly rivalry. Why wish MD will crash and burn? They do a lot for the sport and always have.
It's not even a big deal that they do a yearly staff cleaning. Having the same people around would get stale. They keep it fresh IMO.
Obviously the magazine is dying. Many print magazines are. Of course Blechy is going broke or so it seems. Regardless I would hate to see MD disappear.
