I am natural have never done peds.I'm 63 weight around 250 still squatting 400-455 for reps still take in 400 to 450 grams of protein .train 6 days a week it works for me wouldn't tell anyone else to do it

At least 1 gram per lb of bodyweight to 1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight somewhere in there is good. If your taking anabolics then you can go to 2 grams per lb of bodyweight.
