    Training UPDATE & MISC.

    Leg session,

    Noticeable increase vascaulrity, pumps and also lower back pump issues, but this most likely will be down to imbalance of sodium, potassium and not being fully hydrated.

    Forearms killing me following morning (barely slept due to pain & like glowing fire feel) even with 2x ibuprofen & 2x para.

    I did have chiropractic do some stuff to them yesterday however and used my phone constantly, a pretty intense bedroom session doing positions (which i shouldn't be) which all stimulate my forearms noticeably and have given me issues in past. Driving my car for a good hour yesterday, having to adjust hand placement all time to reduce feeling of stimulation to forearms.

    Inability to hold a typical dinner dinner to my chest whilst eating (as usual...) last night.

    Lying on floor, using phone infront of my face, noticeble pain all around forearm flexors.

    INJECTION (1):

    Nothing major on appetite urge, maybe slightly (note I'm barely even training at present) however the amount of food I was able to consume was noticeably high.

    Issues with needle blunting, so most likely will be switching to back-loading slin pins. 50iu was bit of a ballache Sub-Q as I'm quite low body-fat.

    Going to have a long foam rolling session later on forearms & stretching along with espom salt 500g bath pre-bed.

    PEPTIDE UPDATE:

    This is gonna sound absolutely ridiculous but still, since jabbing 2,500MG (obviously I did the GHRP etc also, another variable to this element) maybe 2 hours later randomly all my injury areas just start to get this like warm feeling / sorta like a weak fire/candle feel to them (both forearms, left shoulder and also where I quad-fractured just under my knee, maybe 8-10 years ago) very odd... (Feels literally just like having one of those heat pads on the area).

    Nothing to go by but just illustrating it.

    UPDATE:

    Missed doctors appointment to discuss MRI which is really frustrating. AAS wise switching out Tren S as I'm finding my arms to be worse since adding it & var, wtf is the point using it. Did my second shot of 2,500mg TB-500, nothing to report on this..

    Saturday unbelievable pain all day whilst having some alcohol, barely had a drink for 2 months, not sure how links in..

    Properly starting diet, peptides Tuesday onwards.

    I'm debating using a different brand for a second vial of GHRP-6 as when I used for first time maybe 16 months ago, 100mcg blow my appetite to unreal levels, this however doesn't even give it at present. Most likely will do a 300mcg shot next week to see changes


    Noticeable increases of prolactin since using tren a & peptides, added 200mg x 2 vitamin b6 ans brought down alot and feel not like a walking zombie again.

    Foam rolling: Will start properly next week, made a custom mini one buying a 3.5" PVC pipe from gardening shop and put anti-friction tap on it, very good tbh ha.

    UPDATE: Upon waking noticeable improves of pain and well general tightness (second shot of TB-500) was yesterday. Confirmed removing trenbolone from equation as its not suited, not going to adjust testostone amount as its impact on (CS) and also continue with anavar.

    UPDATE:

    1) Dropping all PEDs except 250ml/1ml once a week testosterone eth.

    2) Although the solid reviews online, forums friend etc... I personally think my vials are UNDERDOSED on the basis of I used this company or a very similar one for 2 weeks about 1 1/2 years ago and the difference was unreal against now 100mcg vs 100mcg there is nothing to even compare...

    Bit of experimenting I used 300mcg earlier to see differences and yep... the normal affects of what i had 100mcg were present, nothing when using 100mcg before, so either I've got a dodgy batch or its underdosed in my opinion. This 300mcg also note, was ALWAYs the same as when i used 100mcg a good while (cannot remember the name), I'm not someone to use super high doses of anything so I think may of people vouching for the company/products may have just been unaware of what some drugs can do with little doses (when its correctly what it says on the label).

    I'll be using a different company, and it's not so much the GHRP-6 being underdosed that concernes me (as it isn't stupidly expensive) it's the TB-500 which is..

    SOLUTION: > I'm gonna just finish off these 2 GHRP6 vials & CJC sharpish with higher dosing (well whats the point using 100mcg shot if for all i know it's 50mcg or less).

    I'm not even going gym anymore, doctors tomorrow to beg for an MRi through NHS.

    UPDATE:

    3rd day with 3x a day GHRP combo, noticeable changes so far since increasing dose, increase in side affects such as protactin, water retention, blood pressure, tiredness. I'm purchasing a new brand of peptides later today to start next week, so will return back to original dosing of 100mcg + 50mcg.

    Body composition:

    my sodium intake is nothing alarming however, I have in the last 3 days put on 7-10LB which from my experience i would say is majority water retention & glycogen (been eating ALOT more carbohydrates in general last 3 days). - look like I'm on a bit of dianabol.

    ** Debating on how things plan out, most likely will re-introduce trenbolone in 3-4 weeks time.

    Training:

    Attempted upperbody session yesterday, pumps were insane to be quite honest however I had BLACKSTONELABS "Hype" serving and 1,000mg sodium on top so the pumps would always be good regardless.

    I'm doing this from now on LEGS, Upperbody, OFF, Repeat.

    Medication:

    Been prescribed some inflammation drugs which will obviously reduce the validity of seeing the affectiveness of TB-500 & GHRP alongside but still..

    When required "PARAMOL" & NAPROXEN which I'll try not to take daily, espically as quite strong and addictive.

    PEPTIDES: noticeble improvements of new company of GHRP-6, 100mcg + 50mcg CJC proofing to nicely impact appetite, usual sides like bit of protactin, bit of water retention, blood pressure slightly up.

    TRAINING UPDATE: going back into training, I'll be doing a contest peek week (depleting 4/5 days, carb-loading 3, waterloading & restriction, sodium will stay diet based etc) from Sunday - Friday

    ** NOT going to drop peptides throughout prep, so quite unsure how my water retention will play out...

    Today session, just to get back into things: full bodyworkout - 30s rest everything
    Squats 4 x 10/15/20/20
    Hamstrings 4 x 15/15/20/20
    Leg Extension 4 x 20/20/20/20
    Leg Press 4 x 20/20/20/20

    Prone DB rows 4 x 10/10/10/10 (superset 1)
    Decline DB flys 4 x 10/10/10/10 (superset 1)

    1KG DB side raises 4 x 20/20/20/20 (triset 1)
    5KG Plate extensions 4 x 20/20/20/20 (triset 1)
    10KG Barbell strict 4 x 20/20/20/20 (triset 1)

    Post workout, 10 minutes full body static & gradual increase stretching (including 4 seconds of 30s holds for forearm tendons).

    GHRP-6 + CJC Postworkout.

    10 minutes Foam Rolling Forearms

    (Yep.. fucking ballache doing all this foam rolling shit, but it works)

    **

    Absolutely fucking exhausted, partly due to dehydration and I'm slightly unwell, jumping back into training with 30s with restricted breathing.. "joy"

    DRUGS:

    1) Trenbolone A (Day 1 100mg/1ml) (50mg onwards tomorrow)
    2) Test Prop (Day 1 100mg/1ml) (50mg onwards tomorrow) - may require arimidex, overlap from long-ester test e
    3) Anavar 50mg/day (just gonna take it with a meal few hours prior to training, whenever) - cannot split them & I don't want to take 100mg.

    ** Taking 1st shot of TB-500 (new company) tonight before bed, which will be 2MG (next 2 doses will be 2.5MG from a 5MG vial).
