    Default UK - Nutrition, Training, Drugs and Rehab.

    Afternoon,

    Thought I'd make an account here as really enjoy RX-Muscle on YouTube.

    Happy to answer various questions on the journey but the overview is below:

    Overview

    I have serious problems with my forearm tendons and I have now come to the last resort decision of using peptides to 'hopefully' get my life back on track (completely controls my business, social, training). (I cannot be bothered to explain fully relating to it all).

    The below will all occur when possible in next 1-3 weeks.

    Peptides:

    1) TB-500 (2mg) Monday + Thursday for 4 weeks straight

    2) GHRP-6 100mcg 2-3x daily

    3) CJC w/o DAC 50mg 2-3x daily

    Nutrition consumption post injection 25-30 minutes.

    AAS:

    Trenbolone Ace 350mg/wk
    Test Enanthate 300mg/wk
    Anavar 100mg/day (50/50 post AM + PM meal)

    (Note tests show all products are at least 95% dosed).

    Nutrition:

    Protein between 250-300g
    Carb between 450-800g
    Fats whatever fits around other macros.
    Calories between 4,500-6,000

    (will just log everything through my-fitnesspal)
    * I won't include much if any diary products as pretty certain lactose intolerant *

    Supplements to interest.

    * NAC 2g daily
    * Apple Cider Vinegar 15ml pre-bed with fresh lemon
    * Green Powder 10g daily
    * Sometimes taking Modafinil (not sure if that interacts with anything listed) at 50-100mg with 200-300mg caffeine.

    Training:


    Training is some what nothing, due to the issues however the basis will be.

    LEGS every 3rd day (mainly just back squats, front squats, calves)
    Fasted AM Cardio 30 minutes cycling (day after legs) with GHRP + CJC shot prior to leaving.

    I'm not training upper body at all for 2 weeks but doing a few rehab type exercises using no weight & fat grips on there own. Then will slowly re-introduce a overall routine and especially how forearms work into this.

    Ideally if everything goes well I will return to 3-4 rep PULL/PUSH/LEGS following by higher rep range hypertrophy focused on remaining of the week. (everything revolves around my forearm issue however, so that takes 110% priority on all fronts).

    Back days I'll have an ICE bath post workout as from experience the worst at causing issues and then sometimes use ICE pack on other days, and also sometimes having a hot espom bath with 500g in for 20-30 minutes. (most likely post meal before bed so I'm ready for some good sleep hopefully).

    Various static hold stretching 30s every day along with (depending on money, getting deep tissue massage on forearm area), foam rolling myself & doing some what DIY elbow/finger punish on it (really good video I watched, I'll link it here in weeks to come).

    Body Composition:

    Won't go into much detail but the basis is below,

    190lb bodyweight @ 5'10/11
    bodyfat approx 8-12%

    Won't post now but I'll be taking full measurements (2 days rest, morning fasted), weighin & pictures every week for 4-8 weeks (even if the TB-400 + GH only continues for 4 weeks).

    I'm mainly making this sort "journal" as I believe it would be useful for anyone else looking to take TB-500, GH and/or BPC 147 as you may be like me, not wanting to take the drug route but tried all physio, spend hundreds, thousands and listened to so called "expert professionals".

    I really hope TB-500 & other peptides have noticed affects.

    That'll take some reading so I'll just address the first thing that caught my eye:

    ''I have serious problems with my forearm tendons''. Is this a Carpel Tunnel issue? I ask for two reasons. Firstly, my specialty is grip and secondly I've seen more than a few posts (you can also look this up) on the use of GH (or indeed peptides) having the side effect of irritating the carpel tunnels. If it's something else...

    Look at reading Dr Tom Balchin's The Successful Stroke Survivor just for the rehab. 40-50 pages per bodypart and enormous crossover rehab wise.

    Well I would say my grip strength is actually good considering the situation, I can deadlift 200kg x 3 with no chalk or straps for example given my body-weight *putting aside the side affects of doing this afterwards*

    I'm aware of the pros & cons of GHRPs' appetite boost is prime selector for this.

    I've actually used GHRP-6 & CJC for 2 weeks maybe 15 months ago and it massively helped my issue and my forearms were also noticing starting to strengthen & increased size (not that I'm bothered at all note about muscle mass). Issues sides such as carpel tunneling etc wasn't really present except a bit of protactin issue resolved by vitamin b-6 and obviously water retention.

    The actual problem whether tendinitis, carpel tunnelling etc.. who knows, I've had endless professionals look at it all and its always "theory" answers or things to "lessor" the problem, which is why I'm where I'm at: For what it's worth several regarded physios said it wasn't carpel tunnelling but that's just an opinion, obviously.

    I'll take a look at that now, appreciated.

    Hi Nik, I'm near to Cardiff. Aberdare. I googled the TB-500. Interesting product which may well help you based on what I saw.

    Well given one of my private supports paid or not; I just don't like the idea of having to inject the BPC 157 locally in the areas 2x day ideally (so thats 4x daily injections regardless of anything else), so went for TB-500.

    I have an noticeable imbalance of strength, size from my forearms-arms also. My forearms were 3" thicker before I lost 50lb last year, never came back however upper arms have (not quite though) causing in my opinion more problems on recovery and overstimulating.

    What I'm gonna do is

    2500mg 2x next week TB-500 then following week 2000mg 2x onwards
    GHRPs etc 2-3x daily week (not overly fussed as away at clients pro-card show) then strictly upon returning 3x daily.

    And its bloodly better help as I've read endless top athletes, crossfit, powerlifters, bodybuilders illustrate how unbelievable TB-500 (some used BPC with it) was even within like 5-7 days on it.

    And in the interest to you, grip based stuff used to be one of my favourite things, farmers walks, static barbell holds and loads of shit, haven't done it for years because of all this so fingers crossed.

    Fingers crossed indeed. If I didn't know any better I'd suspect a neurological issue. That somehow the message, nerve wise, wasn't getting through. The 50lb loss suggests something like that.

    I'm with you on the not wanting to jab that often - 4x a day? Damn.

    On grip, as per my sig line, I compete (I've one in 6 weeks time).

    Yeah... however apparently the local healing aid is very noticeble against just say a SUB-Q stomach.

    Ah maybe you'll come in help in future to me, with some strengthening grips or a session sometime ! Good luck for your prep & placing for 6 weeks.

    Gone this website to get my peptides upon a few recommendations from online, personal friends & also being ranked quite highly on eroids.com for peptide purchases.

    If delivered tomorrow, I'll start ASAP (mainly the TB-500) and GH + CJC when possible, fully committing on 21st March when I return from watching a Online PT client of mine compete in his pro-card show.

    I'm on my 4rd day using all the PEDs (3rd week using Testosterone) - regardless whether this is the best approach, its way I'll be doing it. (Use Orange 5/8 for Tren A & Blues with combo of testostone which is 150mg every 4 days.

    (Good timing to get a motivation boost, if my forearm issues is resolved / noticeable improvements, I'll do a Classic Physique contest in the Summer)

    Yeah will interest you then as i have a niggling issue with my left shoulder since i benched 170KG a few years ago and not sure why but upon pressing my elbow just tweaked and think I may have done something to rotatory cuff, but rarely gives me issues (I only had been benching for 6 months then, dumbbells only prior) and have no wishes to return to barbell chest movements either.

    55KG x 12 incline earlier this year (some sorta issues following but believe that was more as my forearms were on deaths door and it adjusted how i was holding the weight).

    I've read quite alot of people mention how injuries such as shoulders (which they weren't using it for) from years ago healed up nicely and didn't have any/many issues since.

    Typical, missed the fucking postman whilst was at a chiropractic session (even knew this would occur lol).

    INJECTING EDIT:

    I'll be using a GREEN needle in the tops of each vial and moving it around like a circle, to reduce the blunting of the slin pins as I'm not 100% if I'll back-load the syringes as It's a bit of a ballache, we shall see..

    This technique always worked v.well for MT2 in past
