    Low carb. The easiest way to do it for Joe Schmo's like me. I sit at a desk job all day and don't have any trouble with body fat. No pasta, rice, candy, chips, crackers. I do eat bread but it's the thin sliced Dave's Killer bread. Like six slices a day with my work sandwiches. Adds up to about 60 grams of carbs per day.

    Dave's bread is awesome,I actually miss it... thats the yellow label one...I used to buy the green label one .....sooooo gooooooooood

    Was just listening to a Jerry Brainum interview. He said that's exactly how Arnold did it. He'd cut out ice cream and other junk but otherwise he'd simply eat smaller portions of all the things he'd typically eat. A 2/3 portion is how Brainum described it.
