Meal Prepping
Meal Prep for a few days... What is your plan looking like?
Few things below:
Protein Powder + Greek Yogurt + Peanut Butter
6 Egg Whites + 100g Chicken + Asparagus
3 Whole Eggs + 4oz Beef + Asparagus
3 Whole Eggs + 3 Whites + 3oz Chicken + Asparagus
3 Whole Eggs + 1 White + 3oz Chicken + 4oz Potato + Green Beans
6oz Chicken + 2 Cups Rice

I love me some meal prep! Sorry not a lot of pics this time cuz I just prepped meats yesterday. Bone broth and veggie juice getting prepped later today so I'll post that up in a few hours.

^beet kvass and greens shake

^sweet tater "noodles" - yummy alternative to baked sweet potatoes
1. Coffee, coconut oil, vanilla whey
2. Oatmeal, almonds, cinnamon, salt, stevia, egg whites
3. Oatmeal, vanilla whey
4. Chicken, sweet potato OR rice, green veg
5. Salmon, green veg OR greens/fruit shake (cucumber, apple, avocado, blueberries, spinach, whey, almond milk)
6. Chicken OR Beef, green veg, homemade veg juice (cuke, apple, lemon, swiss chard, ginger), homemade bone broth
7. Eggs OR vanilla whey
Usually also add a few ounces homemade beet kvass in the morning with homemade pre-workout mix, a few tablespoons sauerkraut mid-day, and some apple cider vinegar toward the end of the day2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month

I just gave a 1 hour lunch and learn seminar at work to 55 live audience members and 110 webx viewers. I will share the link to the live video recording in a day or so when back home from vacation. The responses we got were very positive so far so I hope it works as well for all of you as it did them. Mind you they are general population corporate employees with general fitness goals but the concepts apply just the same. I will post the link asap when back home.
