Update on me
My bench is still at 365 for 9. Milliary press is 275 for 10. And am still big. I wonder if taking 4 weeks off and back on will make any difference or should I come off 16 weeks?

Don't need to put them on my avatar. That picture is from 2012. If you followed my last contest prep you can clearly see them in my progress pictures. But way to jump the gun on your assumption.
