The Brewers are breaking out. They just hit the top of the National League Central Division today & show no signs of stopping. Let's see how far they can ride it.

Hey Mike I live just south of Ft Worth Texas and the town of Cleburne which is just a few miles from me has a brand new minor league ballpark. The Cleburne Railroaders of the American independant league started play last night. My son lives in Cleburne and we plan to hit some of their home games.Should be fun.

I don't know why the Mets are still trying to prop David Wright up. He's done. They need to give him a Viking funeral, strap him to the mast of a boat, launch it & shoot a flaming arrow at it & watch it burn in the distance, & then acclaim him the greatest Met who ever played (which he wasn't).

NAPOLI! NAPOLI! NAPOLI! the fans chant when he comes to bat.You know in 2011 he was our everyday catcher and that was the year we almost won the series.Nap played so well on offence and defence that he probably would have won the series MVP had they held on to win it.

Yankee Brett Gardner is on a tear. He helped beat my Royals tonight with a home run. He hit just 7 last year, & was mentioned in trade talks. He's hit 9 HRs in the last 21 days, & the Yankees are now at the top of their division.

I hate to agree w/ you, but you're right. I consider the Yankees the Evil Empire, & it's the only team I don't like. It goes back to the attitude Steinbrenner had, the antics of Billy Martin, & the arrogance of the team & its fans. I acknowledge their achievements, but Yankees fans will boo their own player for hitting a home run if they're down on him. I like a lot of Yankees players & managers. Bucky Dent is one of my all time faves.

DANNY DUFFY--YANKEE KILLER
I'm not a stat hound, like so many baseball fans, but he's had just 2 runs in the last two games vs. the Yankees, & won both. He's the real thing & become their ace.
