Bananahamock when my Rangers were in the series in 2011 they were up 3games to 2 and had a 2 run lead in the bottom of the 9th with 2 outs and two goddamn strikes on the hitter.I sat there thinking HOLY SHIT THEY ARE GOING TO WIN THIS MOTHERFUCKER!! I was all excited and wishing my dad was still alive. He used to take me to Ranger games when I was a kid and we always thought they were close to a championship and they always sucked.I remember telling my wife "I wish my dad was here to see this" after they managed to blow it I looked over at here and said "I'm glad my dad isn't here to see this"

Fans in Boston & Chicago put wreaths on their ancestors' graves when their city team finally won the big show. It was like winning WWII all over again for them.

I think the Rangers have a chance this or next year to go all the way, as long as they hold onto Nap & keep their pitchers healthy. Their pitching coach, Doug Brocail, is the best in the biz & a fave of mine.

Rangers bats came alive yesterday.Beat San Diego 11-0.Joey Galloe hit his 11th homer. This kid is something to see.You want to talk all or nothing.11 homers but average in the .215 range.Joey is 6-5 230lbs left hand bat and he takes a MASSIVE cut at the ball.I swear he looks like if he misses he will corkscrew himself into the ground.

I got a ticket to a minor league Cardinals game in Springfield, Missouri, for early June. Can't wait to see it!
Moose (Mike Moustakas) finally earned his pay last night by getting a homer in the 12th inning at the Trop & helping the Royals win their game. He was out much of last season when he collided with Alex Gordon chasing down a pop up, so he's anxious to contribute.Last edited by hifrommike65; 05-10-2017 at 07:22 AM.

The Astros are looking pretty good this year. They may be the 2015 Royals for this year.

Every team that let Nap walk ought to have its head examined. The BoSox. The Tribe. Oh yeah, the Rangers twice.

I have a good feeling about the Rangers this year. But they have their work cut out for them. The Astros are on a tear.
