hi,dave!I'm 35 years.I have trouble falling asleep at night,I stop drinking green tea(real Japanese tea)7 months ago. haven't taken any work out stimulant for 5 years so I have tried melatonin,gaba but it have no effect on me.do you know of something more potent or if there is a lab test or test that could find out whats going on with problem.thank you.

What general advise would you give to get sperm up from 0. I was on .8ml of Test cyp per week and 60 units of HCG per week, spaced over 2 doses.
Been off the Test for 6 weeks, keeping HCG and started daily clomid, per my doctor's recommendation. Do you think this will work? My wife and i are trying for kid #1. I am 27 years old.

Ive heard everyone say simple carbs are needed post training .Last week did you said no simple carbohydrates pre contest with the meal post training? . why are simple carbs eliminated post training during pre contest if glycogen needs to be replenished, how would that cause a person to lose more fat?
Ive been through five contest preps and used simple carbs post training most of the time. That said, Ive always needed to be more conditioned and not saying you are wrong, Im wanting to understand why since glycogen stores are low post training, as I thought simple carbs were stored into the muscle post training, esp after a intense training session like back, legs, etc intense.

My girlfriend and I use Species Mineralyze. Omagalyze and Somalyze. I am a 290lb strength athlete and she is a 120lb bikini competitor. Should either of us be adjusting the recommended dosage per product, if so, by how much?
Also, when will Mac Oil be available again?

Do you still wash your pillows and sheets a couple times a week or was that only while on cycle for acne or when having acne issues?
