Long format video and radio is the only useful journalism coming out of bodybuilding right now.
The five minute video is the standard on youtube and it says nothing most of the time. 5 minutes because thats the attention span of most young bodybuilding fans.

The best journalism on bodybuilding (including tell-it-all interviews) came out of Musclemag International. I still mourn its passing.
