Can taking low dose Aspirin (81 mgs) daily be good for you?
I've been reading on this and it seems there may be some credence to adopting this as a daily supplement to lower risk of heart disease and blood clots. The low dose also limits the opportunity for abdominal bleeding and irritation.
I'm 47, and my cholesterol results came back a tad over 200.
My family has no history of heart disease that I know of, but we do have a history of diabetes.
Could taking this with my other vitamins be a good thing?

Low-dose aspirin saves lives. After my heart event in 2012, I was ordered to take it daily for the rest of my life. I read online that research suggests the best time to take it is before bed, because the most common time for a heart attack is midmorning & the aspirin would be in effect at that point.
