Hey guys,
So background I am 19 years old, 5'6" 153 pounds. My long term end goal is to compete in men's physique. I have wrestled all my life so I have been cutting weight and never had a chance to focus solely on my physique. My lifting has always been geared toward relative strength as I always wanted to get stronger without adding size. I recently decided to stop wrestling following competing in it my freshman year in college. This allows me to solely focus on my physique. With the pictures in mind, a basic where to go from here would be greatly appreciated as I never trained solely in a bodybuilding manner, always strength training.
Thanks!

You're a 19-year-old kid and we're grizzled old farts, more inclined to flirt with 30 something waitresses than the likes of you!
i KEED! i KEED!
Welcome to the Rx Muscle Forums!
Where do you go from here? Back to the gym, or the diner (to flirt or not, but certainly for a serving of protein, right?), or to bed to make those gains.
You're certainly no twig and you already have the Men's Physique hair down pat. All you'll need to succeed is consistency and to continue with the Train, Eat, Sleep protocol I'm sure you're already following. Kudos on pursuing a positive path.

Thank you for the entertaining response and the grand takeaway of being consistent. I may be majoring in the minors here, but the question that is killing me is what should i be doing nutritionally speaking? Training, I get to the gym and work my tail off, but with nutrition I am not sure what i should be doing. Should i be bulking or cutting right now? Or even re-comping? (whatever that means). That is the aspect I feel most lost in and any help there would be greatly appreciated.
In addition, my training has always been geared towards strength and I worked my way up to a 335x3 squat, 415 sumo pull and a poverty 215 bench. So any help transitioning into more bodybuilding type training would be awesome too!
