Yes, and that's where he fucked up in my opinion. Back when it was All Natural Muscular Development, he wrote great articles and had a pretty awesome cookbook "Muscle Meals". However, over the years he re-branded himself as a hardcore steroid advisor. Despite his overall knowledge, its not someone he should be.


He needs to go back to the original recipe in my opinion that made Blechman hire him to begin with

All natural muscular development sucked. It wasn't until it lost the natural part and became more hardcore and also with johns steroid articles that it became worth reading again
