Juan has looked like shit lately (compared to what he looked like say 2 years ago), lets be real. The legs are down, the condition is off, he lacks detail, and his arms look a little to shot up.
Would love to see this guy come back at his all time best next year, but being a dick like this to Sergio is uncalled for.
He should call Dave, or Chris and enlist their help. He needs it. He has wasted two valuable years already.Last edited by mackdaddy567; 05-26-2017 at 07:05 PM.

Juans done too many shows back to back. Glad he's enjoying Punta Cana with family. It can recharge your batteries and help you get your head back on straight as long as they're not a drama fest.

I'm not sure of what to make of SOJr. He's not a chickenshit, which I like but he's very theatrical-which is helpful for bodybuilding in general as well as his own stage presence. He has a lot of quirky mannerisms and definitely loves bodybuilding. As Dave said-he's got tons of personality and feels things really hard. Squats legit and heavy-which explains his legs. His legs I saw on NY Pro stage can stand up next to almost anyone's and he's not afraid to put it all on the line conditioning wise. Loved how he said Sas should've been 1st even tho they don't like each other-That takes some testicular fortitude.

It seems a bit like SOJr is pointing out how unfair everything is-his post show interview and here he talks about how much help some get (unracking weights, free gym memberships etc) and how little help he has gotten. But at same time I've gotta say-he states right out there what he's thinking and feeling-which I like!
He seems a little high maintainance for a prep coach but that's the choice of whoever is prepping him. Good thing Chris is not just any prep coach! I say this because he himself talks about his anxiety and he clearly lets his fellow competitors get in his head a bit much. I can't fault him for that either-I've been there, where I looked at someone in my line up and said wow-I'm not sure I belong here...it's a mind game for sure but he's got a real personality and is an artist.Last edited by baby muscle; 05-27-2017 at 08:17 AM.

I haven't had an opportunity to watch the video yet but I'll give his diva antics of the last couple of weeks a pass as he seems really excited about the New York Pro. Has ACTOOR written all over him and thats just Dave.

Juan Morel doesn't have the genetics to beat an "on" Sergio Jr. let's not beat around the bush. He is a 2nd tier pro at best, he can get lit and eat and do all the drugs he wants he will just be a bigger version of an awkwardly built bodybuilder with 2nd tier genetics.

Sergio has gone further than a lot of people thought he would already. Saying that he still has a way to go.
