My vote goes to Pumping Iron, Arnold in his most seemingly authentic, unpolished, unedited form.

T2 and Predator as second place in a tie.

Such a douche chill-inducing campy 70s flick, but an interesting watch, nonetheless. The folks behind this must still be kicking themselves in the ass for not using Arnold's voice and last name. (Arnold Strong on the billing and a bad dub.)
