    Default Muscle Gut Aesthetic

Nowadays many bodybuilders are growing a huge gh gut or insulin gut, for example Roelly
Winklaar and Ronny Rockel. Although many peoples dislike the muscle gut look, the muscle gut bodybuilders have massive muscle mass and always rank very high in every completions. It seems judges accept and welcome bodybuilder with muscle gut. You can see that the top tier bodybuilders do not hide their gut in off season. Even stage, Roelly and Ronny still show the gut to public. If u browse tumblr, many group are in relation to roid gut, big belly... I have a muscle gut because I inject hgh and insulin and proud of this muscular and manly signature.

No the gut is not aesthetic or pleasing but please stop playing into the unfounded bullshit myth that its caused by gh and insulin . its caused because of stomach detention from eating massive amounts of food the guys this big have an 8k plus calorie maintenance the digestive system simply cannot keep up . If it was caused by organ growth you would see guys like Phil. Heath come in with no gut after many years of having one but making dietary changes and poof its gone

IMO, it's the massive amounts of food causing this.

When I was my heaviest, I looked like that from force feeding.

    No GH or insulin used.

Even now I can look like that on a Sunday when I usually allow myself to eat all day long. Hey, it's leg day.

competitive eaters don't have distended guts (maybe after the contest but not all the time). check out sonya Thomas or takeru kobayashi. those legends of professional eating are both thin, muscular, don't have distended guts, but train for contests where they eat dozens and dozens of hot dogs or whatever in a 10 min time period. Sonya Thomas can down 60 boiled eggs, like cool hand luke, and she doesn't have a protruding gut. since they cut down eating before a show for dieting there has to be another explanation.

I had a friend on heavy dosages of HGH. He had a stomach like a turtle's curved shell, & just as hard. You could thump it & get a sound like thumping a watermelon.

I noticed this look long ago on the shot put & discus throwers at my university. They were huge, & had wide stomachs that were not fat. At this point, I assume it was from powerlifting & eating huge quantities of food, but even by the early '70s, AAS were probably involved.

It is because hgh + insulin + aas has good chemical reaction to gain muscles but gut is absolutely not caused by aas.
