    Default Back again

    Hello girls.
Long time no see. I´ve been a very quiet member since ´09.
I was hopping for some help with some opinions or answers to any of my doubts of my current prep.
I just don´t know if I can place it here or in other part of the fórum.
I need to hit the next step..looking harder and ripped as ever. Can´t I post my diet, trainig routines and everything in this section?
    Thank you soo much.
    xoxo

I hesitate to suggest things because I have no experience with the supplements you're taking. But without the supplements I'd say you're taking in too many carbs. I also don't see any vegetables other than ONE serving of broccoli. I'd say you need 3 or 4 servings of vegetables and not so much rice. Also, I think an hour per day of cardio at 12 weeks out is too much.

Just my thoughts. With the supplements you're taking your diet and cardio might be exactly right.

Thank you for the reply. You think is too much rice...but the weigh is when already cooked.. its probably arround 70g of carbs/per day in total...And maybe i could implemente more veggies yes...i usually eat a salad at meal 3 also..lettuce and some tomato slices...but that is it.
    Thanks

Great structure, superior biceps, what's your motivation to look harder and more ripped than ever?

Are you on the cusp of winning a title or are you trying to move from last place to 7th place? What I mean is, you look incredible and often (it seems to me) winning a show comes down to more than the package you bring to the stage. What motivates athletes to achieve? I guess that's my question and may have nothing to do with helping you reach your goal.

curt = filthy rotten thread hijacker!

Welcome back and I wish you the best. A trainer who's worked with Women's Physique competitors would be my best advice. Contact Noel Fuller @ http://noelfuller.com/

He can definitely get you there.

^As soon as I saw Noel's name I got excited, and I wish I could take credit for mentioning his name. I would HIGHLY recommend Noel as a coach! He "gets" womens bodies and ALL his women come in razor sharp! If budget is a problem, maybe you could work something out with him to dial you in the last few weeks.

Could you post some current photos so we can see where you're at as well as height and bodyweight?

I'm a little shocked at your choice of peds for an amateur women's physique contest. Maintaining a feminine look is important for this division and tren has 5 times the androgenic effects of Test. As long as you are 100% comfortable with potentially getting all possible sides -because those are serious chemicals to play around with as a woman.

Carb timing could be cleaned up. No need for a banana with your first meal, sub for a salad or fats and put it in pre or post workout (definitely get some carbs in post workout -you can pull this out as you get closer, but at 12-14 weeks out, I would keep carbs in after workout to assist w/ protein uptake into the muscle).

I agree w/ SunnyDay, your cardio seems a bit high, especially with the 150 lunges post am cardio. Sounds like an injury waiting to happen -as well as potentially increasing cortisol and an overall catabolic environment.

As side note, you seem very dedicated and disciplined. You brought a beautiful package at your last show.

you wrote heavy on the quads and light on the hammies, why? what do you do for hammies? suggest some heavy stiff deads in there.

I'm not a chemist. I don't pin, but do value Jerry Brainum's commentary.
