Thank you for the complients! I want to get to the next level specially for myself...I know I got it..and it would be great.
Iīm stuck in second place ofr some years now..even when i compete in bodyfitness and now in woman physique. itīs hard for me when I see girls competing for the very first time and look a lot harder than me..not with the same size or proportions..but harder. I want that to. Canīt be impossible for me.
Right now the competition I am preparing for is Road to Mr. Universe (itīs na international event this year in Portugal...and I wanna look my best ever. Love the physique of the former Ms Universe, Maria Kuzmina, and the actual pro wabbaīs champ Daria Diossi. To girls with about the same height has me and with lovely bodies, struture and overall looks.
Seems that in the weeks before the show..something is missing...to achieve the look.

About the carbs..maybe youīre right..I need to ajust some things. About the lunges...Iīm just trying this out...waiting to see the results or maybe not... My legs look somebody elses body and not a match for my upper body...I have some bad blood circulation (I donīt know how to say it better in english sorry), and I retain a lot of water (always had) - I am a woman! Even most of the times, in my show day I have my period!even while taking stuff. My legs are always far behind my upper body in terms of my preparation. Thatīs the main reason I am asking for help..something need to be ajjust in dieting, or training or supls or other things.

Your question is good.I suffer same back pain problem.I consult my doctor but there is no any affect.But my one of friend suggest some home remedies for back pain which is following:
1.Exercise to get muscles moving
2.Use heat and cold
3.Stretch
4.Switch shoes
5.Get enough sleep
6.Massage can help sore or tense muscle
7.Improve your posture to reduce back pain
8.Adjust how you sleep
9.Manage or reduce stress
This all tips i follow and it gives great result for back pain problem.
