Intermittent fasting
Sorry this inn the wrong place i figured losing was part prep so..
My question is, has anyone had any experience with intermittent fasting?
I watched this video and can kinda see what he's talking about. I'm really really looking for something to help me drop some lbs and fast.. I know... Nothing fast about it, but I'm hopeful something out there will work for me.

I currently do IF. Really, I wouldn't recommend it for weight loss but rather weight maintenance. What I would recommend is learning how to nail a diet FIRST. If you're trying to do lose rapidly and it just hasn't worked, there are lots of coaches - either online or local - who can help you with diet choices and accountability.

I've been doing a 16 hr. fast w/ an 8 hr. feeding window for the last 5 weeks and its worked phenomenal. It works even better with a keto diet as the high fats keep you feeling fuller. I work 4pm - 12am so I'll have my last meal at 8pm and train at 9am the following day. I sip black coffee thru my workout and have my first meal of the day at noon. I'll have my second around 3:30 right before work and possibly a snack while working. Hope this helps.

I've done IF on and off for the past 6 or so years. I love it. For both fat loss and maintenance.
I find when I eat 6-7 meals a day, I feel hungry all day between meals. Fasting keeps the hunger at bay (surprisingly) and then lets me be a little more flexible with the meals I do get in.
There is a lot of information out there about fasting and GH elevation as well as longevity.
Like Supbro mentioned, for fatloss, Keto might be a good option. But if you like to train with a lot of volume, it might not be your best bet long term.

This article notes that if you have health problems, like diabetes, intermittent fasting is not a good idea.
