Are bodybuilders, fitness competitors, and gym enthusiasts taking advantage (borderline abusing) GoFundMe? Dave Palumbo and John Romano rage about this on the latest episode of Iron Rage.

The two argue while anyone is within their rights to put up a GoFundMe campaign, is it right to launch a campaign to - for example - have people pay for their monthly supplements, when there are other GoFundMe campaigns out for much more serious needs?

It is screwy - to the point made, it's probably mostly friends & relatives who want to support their loved one, but I also think it speaks a lot about the person asking for money and their intentions & expectations. I keep thinking about Arnold's story about coming over to the US with about $20 - obviously different times, but the "entitlement" era sure seems to be alive and well. Given I've paid for all of my own preps, training, suits, etc. for decades, I'm probably not going to be throwing money at someone else.

Instead, I just work a full-time job and have a side job working in clubs to fund my bodybuilding gear and supps.

Even if you travel to nationals and got a plane and hotel that might be $1,500 max in travel

So everyday these fools already buy food but now they want strangers to pay for food drugs and probably rent on their apartments
