Hidetada Yamagishi: Heart of a Dragon
Hidetada Yamagishi is a bodybuilder known by all. Starting in the Men's Open as the first ever Japanese IFBB pro bodybuilder and later moving to the 212 - Hidetada has been on a journey full of struggles and achievements. Ultimately landing him as the Arnold Classic 212 champion in 2016. But 2017 was not as kind to the champion - ending in a 6th place finish at the Arnold Classic.
Hidetada now finds himself at a crossroads. What should he do next? Will he aim for the Mr. Olympia 2017 competition? Will he continue to compete at all?
