Big Ramy 2017 vs 2016 : Palumbo's Breakdown
Dave Palumbo breaks down the comparison between Big Ramy this year as opposed to last year, at around the same time of the calendar year.
The discussion centers around a photo uploaded by IG user train_for_eating, showing two back shots - one from this year, one from last year.
When in doubt, get bigger.

I think alot of the differences between the pictures is the lighting and his angle in relation to the camera. I agree with Dave that crash dieting doesn't work for ramy, he looked great with Aceto they just needed to fine tune it a little but you never get it right on the first try.

Hard to tell from the photos, maybe Ramy took a diuretic before the shoot this year.
Sure seems to be a lot of interest on RX as to whether Ramy beats his 2016 Mr O condition.

Obviously in better condition at the same time last year. Was also flat. It's understandable if Aceto/RX are happy when Ramy shows up at pre-judging not in peak condition. It's vindication that Ramy was on the right track. The Oxygen Gym Camel Crew are like government intelligence officers ... bringing top coaches in, gathering information, then discarding the bodies and applying learned knowledge as their own.
One good change I do see in Ramy is some muscle maturity and thinner skin. Looking a little more gnarly even in worse condition. Not necessarily in these photos, just in general ... in the last year of photos/video/appearances. Minus the coaching decisions and conditioning choices his body in general is still progressing.- BODYBUILDING -

I think Ramy is going to suprise everyone this year. He should pull off the upset.
