My impression is that conditioning in all the divisions, up and down the Olympia roster, is taking another step forward this year.

If Kai Greene, Dennis Wolf and Dallas McCarver were in the open, Ashley Kaltwasser and Courtney King in bikini, Tanji Johnson and Whitney Jones in fitness, and Shanique Grant in physique it would be off the chain competitive in the IFBB this weekend ... not to say that it isn't already. But anytime you're missing some podium threats in creates a bit of breathing room obviously.

MYRIAM CAPES: incredible conditioning… best shes looked. Waist looks more tapered. Ripped bas. Nice flow to her physique


REGIANE DA SILVA: perennial top 5….. shredded abs. great capped delts. Back is showing detail. Glutes are tight. Excellent presentation.


GIORGIA FORONI: shredded abs. feathered quads. Glutes/hams can be tighter


RYALL GRABER: Great quads…….. super separated. In terrific shape. Excellent back details


FIONA HARRIS: great tan. Tiny waist. Shredded quads. Nice capped delts. Ripped hams.. tight glutes. Impressire


SALLY KENDALL-WILLIAMS: lots of muscle. Good delts. Lower body needs better conditioning


ARIEL KHADR: terrific conditioning. Ripped abs. good taper…… Best shes looked. Glutes actually have lines in them


DIANA MONTEIRO: Tremendous quads. Good taper. . awesome back development. Glutes can be tighter.


PIA PAJUNEN: shredded abs. Tiny waist. Tan can be darker. Cute physique and presentation


EMMA PAVELEY: glutes/hams can be tighter … good abs. lots of energy


BETHANY WAGNER: Best she’s looked. Great quad separation. Back came up. Terrific conditioning… Outstanding


DERINA WILSON: nice capped delts. Good back… glutes can be a little tighter…. Can be a little darker


OKSANA GRISHINA: Reigning Ms O……..her last show. Shredded. Great tan. Shredded glutes. Tremendous back. Shes at her best.
