Estimate my body fat %
Hey everyone, when I left the gym this morning I checked my weight and bf by one of those electric scales, which I know are notoriously inaccurate. But my stats are 194lbs, 6' tall, muscle 102 lbs and bf%8.7. I am certain that this BF is low. Just wanted to get the opinion of other lifter what they think I look like by appearance. One of these days I will fork over the cash to get a bodpod done. Thanks!

I'd agree with 15-20%. Definitely not in the ballpark of 8-9%. Best way I've found to use BodPod is for goal setting. Take a baseline measurement and then take 12-ish weeks to nail a diet 100% then take measurement again. You'll be very motivated to nail a goal weight/leanness if you know you have something that accurate to track your progress.

Def not 20% bf, possibly water retention but I'd say 15% max
