Cycle feed back
Hey guys, thinking about doing a cycle next year. Wanted slow keepable gains and to keep my hair (mpb in family). Everything I read made me want to try EQ, seems like just what I was looking for. Heard it works best at 600-800mg/wk for 16-20 weeks. This will be my 4th cycle first two test solo and last one test and 1-test cyp (dhb) for about 10-12 weeks each.
Stats: 34 year old, apx 15% bf, 194 lbs, 6' tall
Bench 315
Dead 365
Squat 365
Clean and press 185
I was thinking doing the full 20 weeks, but didn't know if that would be too long
Week 1-20 Test E 300mg per wk
Week 1-20 EQ 900 per wk
Week 1-6 Tbol 50mg per day
Week 1-20 arimdex 1mg/ day (heard this most likely isn't necessary on EQ though)
Week 22-24 100mg clomid and 40mg nova per day
Week 25-28 50mg clomid and 20mg nova per day
And also I heard HCG was a good idea as well for recovery and how do you think it would be best utilized pre and post cycle?
Also the tbol I am getting has enough to do 2-6 week cycles. I was only planing on using it as a kick starter for the first 6 but if I took weeks 6-12 off from it and cycled it back in weeks 13-18 would that be a good idea or is that not enough time for my system to recover?

All over the map here. Way to complicated. You really only need some test in your first cycle and you will put on 15 to 20 lbs. Have some hCG and Clomid for your PCT and you are golden. Train hard. Eat clan and lots of protein and you will do great.
