Have u read the Bill of Rights? It was never for hunting, it was to prevent govt tyranny. Like my previous post every govt that exterminated it’s people took the guns away first. We should have equal weaponry to the govt according to the Bill of Rights, which our Founding Fathers said were rights given from God. All of them 1-10 are regardless of whether u agree or not. I own an arsenal of military weapons and I am always ready to protect my family with them. Your argument is non sensical since there is one AR for every citizen. Criminals don’t follow laws. Hiironmike agree with you.
They need to have better gun control for the mentally ill, make so it is harder for them to get those type auto or semi auto weapons bullet proof vests etc. The general public does not need military weaponry.
The airforce and military needs to do better at reporting these type incidents especially one with domestic violence.

I am not saying take away 2nd amendment but better laws for those mentally ill to not have a gun. Also need improvement in mental health.
When you have a child in school and see these things. I worry every day.

Just because some people run over innocent civilians we don’t ban trucks. Gun control is unconstitutional. Especially when the 2nd amend was designed to keep govt in check to have them policing it would defeat the point. Bad guys don’t follow any gun law so making laws only disarms the good guy. That’s not good logic

I'm no expert but I think the idea of the gun control lobby is that nobody has guns like in Europe. The only guns are hunting rifles and shot guns. The logic seems to be that if there are no gun being sold, other than for hunting or sports, then there are very few guns on the street, it becomes very hard for a criminal to get his hands on a gun.

The problem with that theory is there are already 300,000,000 guns in America and nobody is going to want to give theirs up.

When there is 2 guns for every person already out there banning guns will not work. I know a lot of military guys and they will refuse any confiscation because that is a death trap. If you live on the coasts you may not understand, but in the heartland any attempt to take our guns is an act of war and will be met with force. We would feel supported by the constitution if the govt tried to take our guns. Like I always say you can have my guns bullets first
