What is it specifically that you don't agree with? Could you maybe elaborate a little bit more?
The main idea of doing cardio on a diet is to ensure that your body is in a caloric deficit (ie. you are losing weight.) And preferrably fat mass not muscle mass.
However when you are on caloric deficit it is practically impossible not to loose ANY amount of muscle during a contest prep, ESPECIALLY if you are natural bodybuilder.
So, the less cardio you need to do to get in shape the better because heavy resistance training is what helps you to hold on that hard earned muscleLast edited by hifrommike65; 12-09-2017 at 05:19 PM. Reason: typo (earned)

I don't wanna sound mean, negative or anything like that but to be honest with you that's virtually impossible unless you are completely new to lifting weights.
I'm pretty sure you are now mixing up terms losing weight and getting leaner (ie. better muscle separation/definition) with losing weight and gaining muscle.
And to repeat myself one more time don't take this as me being mean to you or anything like thatLast edited by hifrommike65; 12-10-2017 at 03:04 PM. Reason: style edit
