Best time for Arimadex?

Hey guys just wondering when is the the best time to take my arimidex? I take.5 mg EOD but should i take it on the days i pin or The days i dont pin or does it even matter. TIA.

Since you're taking it EOD it shouldn't matter. It will reach steady state levels fairly quickly. In my case for TRT I take it the day after since I only take it once a week.

Ok great, also how would i know if ive taken enough, besides getting bloods done. Is there a way to tell if i need more or less? Thanks again.

Blood work is vital as the sides of being low or high can be similar.

Well if your nips are painfully hard or other signs of gyno you might need more. But like said, if your on TRT you should be getting reg bloods done so you know for sure. I do just fine on .25 Mon, Wed, and Fri. It also helps me not forget if I started on Mon or Tues since it changes every week.

Some Dr like to have that “magic number 20” let’s say, but to do that bloods need to be done every cpl months. Look,how you feel? How you look? To much acne? To much bloat? You might need more, Or do you ache and hurt and shitty hard on’s ?? You crashed your Estrogen, you need less.

I take mine at night, and it doesn't seem to affect my sleep. At first, I took it in the morning, and I often had diarrhea. That changed when I switched to night.
