    Question New here- This is my Diet - Training System - Peds and Supplements. Need Advice.

    Hello guys, Hope im posting this where it belongs. I ask where to start this thread in the help desk, but i didnt receive an answer yet.

    My name is Hernán, 34 yo, Male, 5’ / 7.126” , 172lbs, big ribs, big hip awful structure, hard gainer.. endomorph...and amateur competitive bodybuilder from Argentina. Third world country...

    Anyways, i begun training 14 years ago... had many injuries.. now im good.

    I blast at 1000mg cypionate testosterone switching the following substances, during those months (eq, tren, wins, diana, oxi, deca) it depends... and cruise at a trt dose of 200mg of enanthate test ew. I use 0.5mg adex eod, liver protection (silimarine) and whatnot.

    Now...

    I trained alone all my life (means without a coach BUT with a training partner), and planned all my diets and peds alone, but I’m on a point where im not doing any progress. Its been a year since my last show, and did everything perfect, you know, train insane, eat perfect, rest , supplements, peds.. and still.. I didn’t make any progress in one full year. Just for you to know, I went to a professional and got an anthropometry on August the 1st 2016 and another one on November 20th 2017… In all that time, my only progress was an increase of a miserable 0.98” in my biceps..Im really disappointed. Same body fat%, same lean mass%... etc.

    So.. i wanted to share with all of you, everything i've been doing to see if someone thinks of something im missing? or doing wrong? I thought i knew it all... but.. maybe not...

    So, (remember im not big, all my stats are listed in the start of this thread.)

    Regarding my diet; (I try to do low carbs, cause Im very sensitive to them, and always get fat pretty easy if I increase them..

    Macros:

    3629.7 kcal
    262.44g protein
    179g ch
    195.12g fats

    Meal 1) After fasted cardio…40min of walk

    6 whole eggs (if I feel too fat, I eat 6 egg white and 2 whole eggs)
    50ml blueberries juice (without sugar) – I use it as a detox.
    1 grapefruit (to keep the intestines moving)

    Meal 2)

    Chicken breast 0.44 pounds (200g)
    13ml olive oil
    50g cooked pasta (low carb day 150 high carb day)
    ½ avocado
    Aesparragus

    Meal 3)

    The same as 2. This is my pre.workout food.

    Pre-workout supplement
    And atomic 7 while im working out.

    Meal 4) Post Workout shake
    Syntha 6

    One hour later
    Meal 5)
    70g of oatmeal with another scoop of syntha 6
    + 2 spoons of natural peanut butter.

    Meal 6)

    Lean meat 200grams
    Cabbage
    10 almonds

    Meal 7)
    200g of tilapia fish or chicken breast
    Cabbage


    Now..
    Before fasted cardio, I take one pill of universal naturals multi-vitamin (its from universal nutrition), one pill to protect liver, 300mg caffeine, and I scoop of atomic 7.
    Then, I do the cardio.

    I also use syntha 6 and a preworkout.

    Regarding my peds. I can find almost everything, BUT hgh and peptides. Hgh is impossible. It’s as expensive as buying 4 or 5 cars. Im currently on 750mg of test cyp, 500mg of boldenone. I was on 1000mg of sustanon ew , 76.5mg e3d of hexatren (not acetate), I something add something else.. as im very very sensitive to gyno, I use 0.5 adex. I don’t do post cycles.. I do trt… when I want to be.. lets say.. “off”.. I do 200mg of test every week. Ive been on for almost 2 years now. I always do blood work, to check kidneys, liver, blood, heart etc. Im ok.. besides “0” natural test… of course.

    Regarding training, I was doing :

    40min fasted cardio 5 times a week, and,
    5 times a week, very intense, high volume, workout.
    Its mainly, Monday, Legs, Tuesday, chest, biceps and forearms, Wednesday, back and triceps, Thursday shoulders, and Friday I repeat legs.

    I try to do 4 sets, of 20. 15, 12, 10. As heavy as I can.

    Regarding rest, I don’t sleep well and I don’t have time for naps. Sadly, I try to get 7 hours sleep, but I wake up like 4 times… I used to take sleeping pills, but I became addicted to them, so quit.. and well.. this is the scenario.

    VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: IF I EAT MORE, I EASILY GET FAT, BUT I WILL DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO TRY. IF I EAT LESS, I EASILY DROP WEIGHT, IM NOT ECTOMORPH, BUT EVEN EATING JUNK, I CANT GO ABOVE 185 POUNDS. IT SUCKS… AT 185 IM VERY FAT WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF MUSCLE. IF I LEAN OUT… I DROP TO WHERE I AM AT NOW, AND ITS VERY DISSAPOINTING.. WHO WANT TO BE AT 172LBS!!! IM LIKE A PRINCESS!

    Hernán, I'm clueless for PEDs but have you tried different set and rep schemes? You're doing a pyramid with the 4 sets, of 20, 15, 12, and 10, so perhaps mixing it up might give your progress a jolt? You mentioned lots of previous injuries, is that why you're doing the higher reps?

    Glad to hear you're on top of your blood work.

    But, damn, you're no princess. Not everyone is going to be Akim Williams or Ramy, right?

    Thanks a lot Curt. Thanks for reading and thanks for the welcome. Yes, ive tried everything. I try to workout -by how i feel- but try to maintein the style for a couple of months to see if it worked. Regarding reps, i cant do more reps, cause i try to lift heavy. I could do more reps by lowering weights. Thanks for the compliment and nice words too!
