how much is too much in keto??
Good evening guys
I have been reading many articles bout keto diet as well akitn wich give person chance to eat protien as much as he or she can get with a bit high fat intake..the strange thing i find in keto that u should not exceed 40 gram of fat per meal .. With limited protien intake ..others give higher and btw im try to lose weight.. So dose the fat intake must be not exceed 40g per meal ? Or its open? Thanks

Don't focus so much on the protein . You need to focus on getting around 80% of your macros from fat sources and no more than 25 net carbs (grams of carbs minus grams of fiber ). Set your protein at 15 % and work from there for a week . After a week make whatever adjustments needed.

I've was eating medical standard Keto macros for 12 weeks (75, 20, 5 ratio). My protein was at 120 grams/day. 2 weeks ago I started experimenting with higher protein (180-200/day) and my ketones are still in range and feeling great. My fat grams are over 350/day so ratio wise my protein is still only about 20% which is still and standard Keto ratio of fat/protein. My carbs I keep less than 20/day.
